Who Are We?
We are a young, but blossoming, church started in 1992 by our Senior Pastor, Jim Black. We are part of the Evangelical Covenant denomination of churches. Since we started, we have seen our membership grow and grow, yet we still don't have a building of our own. We truly believe that a church is much more than four walls and a roof...a church is the people that fill it, walking hand in hand with God, and revealing the Love that Jesus has shown us to all we meet.
While a church building is in our future plans, it is not a top priority. Our top priority is sharing the wealth that a personal relationship with God brings, and extending a helping hand to all who are in need. When you walk into a Hope Community Covenant Church gathering, the first thing you'll notice is a number of bright smiles and warm handshakes greeting you. This is just the beginning of the feeling of friendship you gain by attending.
This isn't about money...
The real truth is that Jesus in your life is the only thing that truly matters. At Hope Community Covenant Church, we promise to help you grow in your life with Christ, because that is our goal for ourselves, as well. Our mission is simply this: To serve and reveal the Love that Christ has shown us, and show how He can lead you to Heaven.
